I love documenting December. It’s busy and full of friends, family, love and magic.

I’m all ready to go with Ali Edward’s December Daily project, but this year I’m being realistic and going with my mantra Document Now, Make Later–I’m going to write my stories and take my photos as I go, but I’m going to order the photos in batches and work on my album when I have time. I might even decide to forgo the daily part (a lot of my holiday stuff happened before today) and just focus on telling holiday stories, no matter the time frame. I get enough of the everyday stuff documented with weekly pocket scrapbooking.

I’m getting my daily documenting crafting fix this month with 30 Days of Lists, which is much more manageable as a daily crafting task for me.

This round I’m making a simple book with tags–I pulled some from my stash and I’ll pick up more while out holiday shopping. I want to make a point to use a bunch of stamps, which I’ve collected from kits but don’t use often enough. I’m stamping the number of each list on the tags along with little icons and decorations that will go with the list. I went to town on the cover with mixing fonts, but it was super fun.
