For the second year, I’m participating in Ali Edward’s One Little Word workshop. My word is savor, and I enjoyed exploring it in the pages I made with the January workshop prompts. I’m going to let the pages speak for themselves, because there’s a ton of writing on them. (Click on the photos for a larger view.)

These prompts were great exercises. Part of it was fun, some of it was intense, but all of it was what I needed to reflect properly. I’m most excited about framing the year in intentions related to my word; I loved having intentions last year, but this year instead of picking one intention monthly, I’ll be focusing on each as they make sense in my life.
