This week, to celebrate Project Life Lessons, the Big Picture Classes workshop I’m teaching with Elise Blaha Cripe and Annette Harring, which starts on Thursday, September 5, I’m posting a Project Life spread every day this week. Welcome to the Project Life extravaganza! Bonus: I’m giving away a spot in the workshop too. More information on that in the bottom of the post.
For now– Week 29: July 15-July 21
Click on the photos for a larger view.
Left Side: Everyday stuff like taking pictures on the side of roads, watering the garden, going to see Brave at the Google Fiber Space, cooking together, and yet another Instagram collage. (Repeat what works for you, right?) The Google Fiber photo is super dark because it’s our reflection taken in the glass of the building (cool!).
Insert 1, Front: Photos from my pre-birthday dinner with my family / filming for Bald for Breasts. I was originally intending to cut out the photos from this collage for a bigger page, but decided to make them work as-is instead.
Insert 2, Back: Another Hello Story page: we all went and filled in the chalk Before I Die… wall in Kansas City (they are in cities all over). I wrote “Do Good,” Eliza wrote “Go to France,” and Jake wrote “Parasail.”
Again, I was planning on making this more complicated, but one rub-on and one Project Life card did it.
Right Page: Big Anderson family party and visits from family members at home. Love getting our extended family in; it’s one of my favorite things about this project.
That’s it! Super simple, still good. I won’t do this every time, but I’m thinking it’ll be happening more in the future.
Do you like to go simple or fancy with Project Life?
