Want to get all of your food groups into one bite? This awesome wrap is a hand-held food pyramid.
Put baked or grilled chicken (we used leftovers from chicken caesar salad), bacon, thinly sliced granny smith apples, and romaine lettuce on a whole grain tortilla. Drizzle with honey mustard (olive oil mayo + yellow mustard + a little honey + course ground pepper). Wrap up and devour.
I love how simple and fast this was. Everything was left over from other meals except for the apple (which gives the wrap an awesome crunch)!
